Patient Journey – What to expect when you come for your appointment?

Here at Fauchard House Dental Practice we understand that the COVID-19 situation has been a testing time for everyone, it has been just as frustrating for us as it has been for you.  Since Monday 15th June 2020, we have worked relentlessly to make sure that the practice is safe for both patients and the team so that all could return to the practice as safely as possible.

All decisions that have been made and steps taken have been made with a focus of safety for our patient's, colleagues, and clinicians. Even booking your appointment is slightly different due to the fact that we now need certain documentations (the medical history form & COVID-19 questionnaire) completed prior to you coming into the practice. Visiting the dentist during these times is also different to your usual experience of a dental visit, so we have put some information together below to help explain what is expected from you before your appointment. The Patient Journey helps explain how your visit the dentist will work and what is expected from you from the moment that you make an appointment to actually coming into the building and receiving treatment.
